Not the typical "bulked up" chicken- which I totally prefer! (pastured is the way to go!)
The taste was outstanding, and the leftover bones made a great stock for soup stock for this winter!
This farm does a nice job! Just baked a 3.5lb bird with thyme, garlic, onion, lemon, salt, pepper for 1hr at 350 and this came out perfect!
The chicken was delicious! On Easter we had their lamb chops and they were AMAZING
