Nice size for 2 to share with sides to round out the meal. I should have thawed longer and planned to cook longer - I was guessing and testing internal temperature every 15 minutes. I was hoping for half hour but next time I will allow longer. I added some of my own bbq sauce and wrapped in foil. Very tasty and tender.

I buy a half rack, and I add my own mixture of BBQ sauce and gochujang sauce on top of the seasoning Farmer Matt puts on them, and we bake in a foil packageand cook low and slow. They come out delicious every time. Also the crows love the bones.
