This invasive species to gardeners is edible and used as a substiture for rhubarb in many recipes. The young tender shoots can be eaten raw in salads and larger shoots chopped to make pies & jam or even to freshen your beverages!

This is the 1st year we are harvesting and finding ways to use knotweed and are offering it 2 stalk sizes now and can offer the flower for making herbal remedies, tea & cordials later in the season. Try it with us and please share your feedback & recipes!
