This freeform hearty white bread with rye & whole wheat is a good all round bread, with a chewy crumb & crust. It is the perfect vehicle for flavors that need transport to the mouth!  The Whole Wheat and Whole Rye flours used in this bread are all locally grown in New England and milled in Hadley MA.
