Tea-Made from our own dried elderberries, goji berries, rose hips & ginger from Front Yard Farm. 4 oz bag.
Steep for 20 minutes in a tea ball and add honey to taste for individual cups of tea. For elixir, boil the entire bag and add 1 lb of honey, store in refrigerator and use as needed.
