This traditional Calabrian Hot sauce is made by fermentation, 64% Calabrian pepperoncino, carefully grown in the context of the wonderful microclimate of Calabria; marinated with white wine vinegar and salt, an explosion of flavor. Calabrian Chili is hot and spicy, but with a subtle smoothness - less emphasis on the heat, and not over-powering.

Absolutely no preservatives, no artificial ingredients, produced the way nature intended.
