Sometimes called a superfood, microgreens are harvested and eaten as young seedlings. Microgreens are full of concentrated antioxidants, enzymes, and vitamins. They are delicious added to a salad, sandwich, eggs, or stir fry. Mix is corn- and soy-free. 1/8 or 1/4 lb options.
 We grow in soil vs. hydroponics which is why restaurants choose us for superior flavor. We also grow microgreens seed crops to help us save money and provide sustainable quality. Microgreens cut trays make great food for chickens and are fed out to our flocks!
