These meatballs are the gift that keeps giving. We have tried the Turkey Spinach Feta , the Chicken Spinach artichoke , and the Thai style Chicken meatballs. They are a flavorful timesaver, we cook them in the airfryer when it's too hot to turn the oven on. I also love that they are partially cooked, which makes them easy to slice, when I want to layer them with zucchini. or eggplant slices, to make a lasagna without the pasta, or if I want to do a meatball wrap with tortillas for a quick meal.
