I tried it first on a baby toe that I broke 10 years ago as it is still aching - I think it has helped. I’m now trying it on a knee that bothers me. I also bought 1 as a gift for a friend and she is trying it. It doesn’t have any odor and spreads easily once it is rubbed into skin.
I have arthritis in my knees and the balm is helping!
