Our heritage mini hogs have been raised on pasture, vegetables and supplemented Francesco's Italian Restaurant scraps & grain for 3 years to get this tender, well marbled, red meat pork. This year we are offering pure bred Kune Kune.
   A quarter hog will yield approximately 25lbs of pork. You will receive all cuts of pork including chops, fresh bacon, ham & shoulder steaks, ground, lard and feet. No sausage or smoking available. If you prefer to choose your own cuts, please see whole or half hog listing.
