When saving Non-Gmo open pollinated seeds, it's easy to get your squashes crossed. This year, most of our squash has cross pollinated, so we will be trying them to see what they are like inside and offering up nature's creations!
   This 1st squash, labeled "Acorn" looks like a giant Delicatta but shaped like a Spaghetti Squash. Inside, the texture is similiar to spaghetti, but less stringy when cooked with a slightly sweet taste that must have come from a Delicatta! These squash are 3-4lbs each.
