Scotch Eggs are a traditional pub food often eaten with a bag of potato chips or found in lunch boxes. A hard boiled egg is wrapped in sausage meat, egged, bread crumbed and deep fried. Although called Scotch eggs they are English in origin not scottish!  Eat cold or at room temperature  as a snack, as an appetizer with chutney or mustard, or with a salad.  

Ingredients:

Hard Boiled Egg (local, free range, and free from chemicals antibiotics and soy from Petrie Family Farm), Ed Stearns Sausage meat (pork, salt, spices, sugar, marjoram, brown sugar, natural spices), egg, flour, fresh bread crumbs (The Bread Box), Fried in peanut oil.
