"These bone-in beef short ribs are the epitome of "set it and forget it" style cooking. These ribs average 3 lbs. each, and the fat content allows them to be tender and delicious when slow roasted or braised. The most common way to braise is with beef broth and red wine, but you can be as adventurous as you want when braising by taking inspiration from other countries like Korea and other Asian countries.
