BBC-This Southern style cornbread is not too sweet and has plenty of texture from both whole kernel corn and cornmeal. Nicely complements hearty soups, chilis, BBQ's and breakfasts! Made with local, non GMO corn.
 
Ingredients: King Arthur All-purpose flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mono nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid),  organic whole grain cornmeal, buttermilk {Home made (milk Coopers Hill Top Farm, buttermilk culture)}, corn ( local non gmo), Cabot butter (cream), eggs, sugar, salt, sodium bicarbonate.
