Meats are sourced from Ed Stearns Dressed Meats, Charlton MA - beef & pork are free of antibiotics and growth hormones, and are grain fed. All meats minimally processed & butchered on site.
All veggies sourced from various local farms and crust ingredients are non-GMO and free of preservatives.
Filling: Chuck steak (Stearns), carrots, mushrooms, celery, onions, homemade beef stock (water, beef bones, onion, carrot, celery), red wine, water, tapioca flour, olive oil, non GMO tomato paste (tomatoes), bay leaf, fresh thyme. Pastry: King Arthur All-purpose flour (unbleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mono nitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, lard, butter (cream, salt). Egg glaze.
