Dahlia is the cheese formerly known as A Barndance. It is an Alpine-style cheese that is smooth, melty, and a little nutty.
100% organic, grass fed. Aged 8-12 months.
A semi-hard alpine style cheese: subtle, yet with significant presence, fruity and nutty with a slight peppery finish.
Pairs well with fruit, white wine, does not overwhelm a recipe and stands alone on a cheese platter.
